Realities of Cyberspace, and Non-Profit, Personal Use Of Images

As any cyberpunk will tell you " information wants to be free " and I personally would agree. Once ones understands the breath and complexity of the web, one soon realise all the above legalese is very nice and legal in the appropriate place but a little out of touch with the anarchism of the net.

So a limited permission is here-by granted to copy, store and distribute the images of the painting and sculptures from my site, providing that all five of the following pre-conditions are satisfied;-
 

1. The images are for personal use only.     No commercial or public use is to be made of the image. 2. The images are not to be altered or renamed. 3. You may not charge anything for these files, or any media with these files on them on. 4. This file {Shark.htm} is always kept with, and distributed with, any of the image files. 5. The Moral Rights and Copyright will always remain with myself, the artist Shawn Gray.
